What's on the Menu? Lobster Dinner!
Looking for a menu to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, graduation or 4th of July? If you love seafood, lobster dinner is the answer. Thip’s nephews, who are young adults and terrific cooks, threw her brother a fancy seafood dinner for Father’s Day. The spread is gorgeous and quite simple to put together. For instance, you can have the store steam the lobsters for you. Grilling seafood takes minimal time to cook. Steaming mussels also doesn’t require a lot of time. That means more time to relax and hang out with your family. Grilled or steamed corn on the cob or salad make great side dishes to the lobster dinner. For pairing beverages, I recommend crisp white wine, rosé , or beer. During this time of limited traveling and dining in restaurants, special dinners at home like this are a particularly wonderful treat for your family.
