Pear & Bleu Cheese Appetizer
Cut loaf of French bread into ¼ in thick slices. Brush with a mix of EVOO and melted butter on both sides of the bread. – Bake for 10 min 375 degrees or until toasted.
Filling:
Mix ¼ package of cream cheese and ¼ cup of bleu cheese or Gorgonzola cheese plus a dash of pepper.
Once bread slices are cool add a tsp. of the blue cheese/ cream cheese mixture.
Drizzle with honey.
Top with toasted pecans and a slice of pear.
