Red, yellow, and orange leaves on a bright, sunny day is picture perfect fall foliage. I look forward to it every year! I dream of a road trip or a weekend getaway to observe the majestic colorful trees in New Hampshire or Vermont. However, when fall comes, my schedule is jam-packed. With the start of the new academic year and fall sports for my two teenagers, going on a weekend getaway or even a day trip is out of the question. Luckily, I was able to catch the tail end of the foliage where I live in Western Massachusetts. The foliage here might not rival those up north, but they still satisfy the senses. Here I’m sharing some photos of the foliage in my area, such as the bike trail not too far from my house and a morning drive with a friend to a special coffee shop in the neighboring town.
